USB Tunnel

Tethering for Android devices is no longer an obscure feature. In fact, most devices now have it built in. This allows you to use your Android as a wireless hotspot for other devices, like a computer.

However, if you have one of the many tablets that is only WiFi enabled and want to gain access to a non-wireless network, you would need to reverse tether, instead.

This app will let you do that, through the USB port. It does however, require an application to be running on the host windows machine, as well.
