Description:

There used to be a time when Microsoft's own anti-virus or anti-malware protection was a joke. They've finally overcome that and as of 2010, their software is quite well respected and ranks very highly against the competition. At my office for example, the technicians have slowly all converted to MSE, because they're finding it to be very simplistic, transparent and effective. Finally, Microsoft has gotten something right. First Windows 7 wowed the world and now they're pulling up there socks in the security market, as well. Good job, guys. It's about time.
