This is one of those utilities to clean up the aftermath of infections. Apparently, I was infected with a virus at one point. I do remember seeing MSE clean it, but it had already done some damage to my system. PeerBlock would no longer run once I rebooted because the Windows Firewall and a few services had been damaged. Using this utility I was able to clean up the damage in a matter of minutes and get back to back to my previous working state. Very handy.
