The Green Arrow is one of DC's lesser know superheroes. Like Batman he pretends to be a spoiled rich boy, without scruples, but secretly fights crime as a masked vigilante. In this contemporary version of the hero, the people who made Smallville have brought another DC hero to life. Unlike Smallville, there are no super-powered villains and science fiction type story lines. Instead, there's action, espionage and the usual small screen drama that keeps shows like this alive.
