Notes:

When a computer genius designs software to predict crime, the US government uses it to find terrorists and other high profile crimes. However, the designer learns it can also predict common crimes, but the government doesn't care about those. So, he decides to take matters into his own hands and hires an off the grid, former black ops CIA agent to help him stop these, as well. On the run from the government, the team become a modern vigilante team.

Basically, this is a contemporary version of Batman. John Reese is the crime fighter, who avoids killing, can beat the crap out of anyone, has extreme combat training and seen a lot of death in his life. His boss is the computer genius with unlimited funds that keeps Reese employed, stopping crime, saving the world. Reese wears a suit, always a suit, instead of a cowl. The cops try to find him, but can never quite get there. He employs the help of crooked cops he ferrets out and people he has helped. He's a hero vigilante. The parallels are endless.
