Louis plays himself as a divorced father of two, attempting to make a life for himself and his daughters as a comedian in NYC. The show features clips of his stand-up routines intermingled with pseudo-realistic clips of his personal life with his children and unrequited love interest, Pam.

This video was the first time I saw Louis CK's comedy. He's a master of observational and surrealistic comedy, who tells self-deprecating stories of his life as a fat, balding, middle-aged under-achiever and divorced, single father. When he released this video, Louis was still married, but it was evident from his comedy, that it probably wasn't going to last. He's very vulgar and in your face, though. So, children should never be around when you watch this.
