I struggled where to add this site, because it's technically software. WOT has add-ons for all the major browsers, including Opera. Once you install it, it provides icons beside all links on a website, letting you know whether or not you can trust that particular site. It will even give you warning messages if you decide to ignore it's icons and click on links that are known to be unsafe. I strongly recommend it for novices and pros alike.
